Below is the list of equipment and parts that we can install in your home:

*You do not have to order this part unless you would like to use more abilities of the System. For instance, if you and your family members want to operate the System around your house you will need to order one or more keychain remotes; if you want to control some areas in your home that possibly can get wet or flooded you will need to order water sensors, and so on. Also, for Apple smart devices we can install an indoor surveillance HD camera providing a view with the pan of 355 degrees and the tilt of 120 degrees.

Please notice that maybe we will need to install and use some additional electronic equipment and materials for the installation. For instance, if the distance between the chosen hub's location and your Internet modem/router exceeds 3 feet or your modem/router has no vacant ethernet port, etc. Our installer will tell you about that and related additional charges before the installation.

A free Apple/Android APP will have to be downloaded on your smart device(s).

Also, your email address will be needed for setting the System up.

Once the System is installed, our installer will provide you a basic knowledge of how to use the System.

If you are interested in this service, please enter your detail info in the "Message" field including a type of your smart device (Apple or Android) and parts that you want us to install such as a number of your doors/windows, garage doors, indoor/outdoor sirens, surveillance cameras, etc.

 

 

PRICE

The promotion charge for the Base Kit's installation  including one hub, one door or window sensor, and one motion sensor is $229.99, some additional charges may apply for the installation.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards; 2.75% will be added to the total cost if you pay with a credit card.

The charge for any additional parts and materials is not included in the charge above and depends on their types and numbers. Please contact us for more details.

Usually it takes about an hour to install of the Base Kit; if the installation takes 1.5 hours and more the company will charge $25/hour for the installation additionally.

The warranty for the installation is 15 days.  

The company reserves the right to change the price anytime without additional notice.

We offer no refunds.

We do not offer any maintenance service at this time.

For safety reason and upon your request, we may email you a name of our installer and his company's ID prior his coming in your house.
