AGREEMENT
between
THE CUSTOMER AND THE COMPANY
This agreement is between the Volinvent LLC (further "The Company") and
the customer (further "The Customer")
Per the Customer’s order the Company has installed the Alarm and Monitoring System and its parts in his/her home.
The Customer understands that in any circumstances this System DOES NOT connect him/her to this Company or any emergency service companies such as an Ambulance, Police, Fire station, etc. It is solely the Customer’s responsibility of how to act once the System's alarm is triggered or for any other reasons.
This System works over Internet; to control your home, the System and your smart device must be connected to Internet. Working home Wi-Fi is needed for some parts of the System.
The Company just installs this System and its parts and IS NOT responsible for its improper use, failure/malfunction and any circumstances caused by them. Please contact the System's manufacturer for its failure/malfunction.
The Company does not store any your info regarding this System and its parts such as names of the user and sensors, passwords, and other. The Company recommends the Customer to remember and store them in a safe place.
The Company does not share any info about the Customer with any third party.
Some parts of the System use regular batteries (AA, AAA), the Company recommends replacing them two times a year or when needed.
Despite most local counties do not require permits for usage alarm systems now the Company recommends the Customer to check with his local authority if a permit is needed for use the alarm system.
The warranty for the installation is 15 days, for the System and its parts is 10 months from installation date.
The Company does not provide any refunds.
The Customer has received a Quick Guide from the Company of how to use the System.
